Patricia Stephenson (24 Sept 1955 – 14 Jun 2018) former cast member of Stars of The Future has passed away aged 62 years.
A Service will be held at KARRAKATTA Cemetery, Railway Road, Karrakatta, WA on Friday, 22nd June 2018 at 02:30 PM.
Patricia Stephenson was a regular cast member of TVW Channel 7 Perth’s “Stars of the Future” in the 70s. 
Stars of the Future was originally shown on Saturday mornings, but later moved to a family viewing spot at 7pm on Thursday evenings. It was recorded on Saturday mornings. The talent show would run through the year and finish up with grand finalists.
Patricia was of Burmese descent, and was a popular cabaret performer around Perth. She appeared on the 1973 series of Showcase, winning the $1500 prize money for first place in the viewers final and second in the judges’ final; and an air ticket for a world trip. 
She made her acting debut in Channel 10’s other sex ‘n’ sin soap “The Box” as Suki King. In 1975 she recorded this single for Fable Records of ”Sometimes” and “So Easy To Remember”.
